I am a visual artist based in southwestern Wisconsin. My skills and specialties include, but are not limited to: portraits, painting, bottle cap mosaics, collage, mixed media and large-scale work. Much of my artwork begins as a dream, and then I go on to manifest it.
I have been a working artist since college and an art educator for 35 years.
My use of color and pattern is heavily influenced by the pre-Columbian and Native Peruvian (Quechua) artwork to which I was exposed as a child. I lived in Peru for six years.
I have created numerous commissions for clients, participated in many shows, and worked with a variety of media. I am available for taking on new projects and have finished work for sale. Please contact me if you are interested in purchasing or commissioning artwork.
