I primarily work with vitreous enamels to create kiln fired cloisonne’ earrings, necklaces and rings. I fire enamels (finely ground glass) on Fine (pure) silver in a kilen at 1450 degrees. I have been creating and selling my work at galleries and fine craft shows for over 30 years and have been on the Fall Art Tour since the beginning. I love demonstrating and telling visitors how my work is created and I enjoy the connection that customers of my work provide. My husband Wayne Farra who is a very skilled silver-smith and I frequently collaborate on jewelry pieces.
