BillieJo Scharfenberg creates vibrant, spiritually inspired stained glass art that captures the beauty of nature and moments of everyday magic. Her unique designs blend light, color, and symbolism, turning feelings, found objects, and dreams into meaningful works of art.
Growing up in South Central Wisconsin, BillieJo was inspired to create from her grandmas and mom who shared their love of art in ceramics, quilting and food.
Her journey led her to New England, where she studied fine arts and found her passion and love for stained glass. Apprenticing at The Glass Source in Seymour, Connecticut, where she honed her technical and design skills. BillieJo collaborated on several exhibition and restoration projects including an exhibit at the Green Gallery at Yale and Plumb Memorial Library.
Since returning to Wisconsin, BillieJo has made extraordinary efforts to make art available for all ages from homeschool classes to private lessons she has a knack for inspiring others. In the fall of 2023, BillieJo opened Angel Dreams Studios in Lone Rock, one of the many places that planted the seeds to nurture her creativity. In addition to classes, BillieJo is honored to collaborate with clients on custom pieces that transform their dreams and memories into art that radiate beauty, light and joy.
