The Size of the canvas is an important aspect of the image. It cannot be made “smaller” without changing its entire relevance of expression. I work in Oil because it gives me time to work and re-work a painting. The paint often takes 10 or more days to dry, allowing the creative process to extend over several days and various states of mind. “I live in Wisconsin, Corn, Cows, Landscapes; I paint what I see and understand.”
