Tom and I have been enjoying making pottery together for over 45 years, producing a wide variety of functional items for daily use. We each do our own part in the process, our joint efforts combine to make each piece individual. We are committed to the harmony of form and function and consider it a privilege to make things that become a part of people’s lives.
Along the way I began painting and welding. In painting, I love vivid color and unusual subjects. Welding offers an opportunity to combine clay and old repurposed bits and pieces to form one-of-a-kind clocks, tables and lamps.
We live and work in an 1850 limestone brewery on the edge of Mineral Point. At Brewery Pottery, we’re more than just a studio – we’re a gallery too! We’re open daily, year round. Each day, we enjoy opening our doors and using our hands and imaginations while meeting people and hearing the stories of their lives.
In addition to all our creations that are made in house, we carry handmade artwork from over 200 different artists. Brewery Pottery is open daily all year round, 10am-5pm. Hope to see you soon!
