Jonathan Wohl grew up in the wood shop, learning from a young age the skills of the craft from his father, Edward. After years working with an art collective in New York, in 2017 Jonathan returned to Wisconsin to join as a partner in Edward Wohl Woodworking & Design.
With formal training in the ephemeral arts and a background in digital media and technology, Jonathan marries a design sense strongly influenced by his father’s work with a contemporary set of tools and techniques. He has designed custom pieces including chairs and benches, coffee tables, dining tables, and bedroom sets, and now leads design and production in the Edward Wohl studio. Recent work includes a 9-foot dining table and several rocking chairs.
